A: It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDF or AI format file.
However if this is not possible, our in-house designer can make the artwork.

2) What will be the best way to send my artwork?
A: The best way is send your artwork by email.

3) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?

A:Since it's mass production in our printing industry,when we set up our high speed printing machine,there would have plates setup cost,if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order shipment.
B:Or we can send some related sample for you,not exact the same with your requirement,but you can check the material,quality and other things you want to know.

4)What is your MOQ?
A:There is no min. order limit,but different quantity have different price,the quantity is larger the price would be cheaper.

5)What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
